At least the football team is, according to forbes.com.
The Notre Dame football program is worth $101 million according to the report, topping No. 2 Texas by $9 million. Because the team --and athletics program -- is not separate from the university, it must cooperate in profit sharing ending up in a $21.1 million donation to the school, the report said.
Of course, the $9 million Notre Dame is ahead of Texas by comes from its contract with NBC, which Forbes said pays $9 million.
