This will answer a previous question as well, but judging from what we've seen your top two quarterbacks might just be Jimmy Clausen and Evan Sharpley.
Holtz going for it on 4th-and-1. Notre Dame icon Tim Prister makes a crack about Holtz in typical Holtzian voice. They got it, too, giving the ball to Asaph Schwapp for a 2-yard gain.
Lou seems to be milking the clock, too, with a steady stream of runs. And Junior Jabbie -- this game's star -- is loving it. He's gotta be approaching 100 yards. Schwapp, too, as it took four players to bring him down on Lou's run to the end of the game strategy.
There's about five minutes left, so we're heading down to field level now. Thanks for paying attention and pop back in a bit. We'll hopefully have an update on John Sullivan's injury, some quotes and final thoughts.

thanks again for running the liveblog. it allowed some of us to track what we couldn't otherwise. Besides, I am always interested in Prister's binoculaur prowess.

Mike - when you are doing post-game analysis, could you comment on Burkhart's performance? thanks.

Did Chris Stewart standout good or bad? I really hope that he can emerge as a dominant player for the Notre Dame D.
