He is the next Tyler Willis, they guy you hate if you have to play against him and the guy you love if he plays for your own team. This is the best year that all the rookies were really good players

Woodsy is tougher than nails and a quality player. I'm glad he's on our side.

Another great story by JC! I love watching Woods and the rest of the team play. It's kind of sad thinking this is the friest day of the playoffs, which means it the start of the end! I know there is no way we keep this team together for next year....
I guess we just need to enjoy what we have right now. GO KOMETS!!!!

I think you might be surprised at how many of the guys come back next season. I would look for between 8-12 of them to come back. If a group enjoys playing together and has success together they are more likely to want to stay. Yeah, Curadau or Aquino could get called up and 1-2 vets could retire, but I don't see any of them leaving except one that has an odd number for his number...and that is only a chance. There are 4 of us going to Muskegon Sat. and we are in section 106. I thought about going next Weds...but if we win the first three I don't see a reason to so we will wait and see on that. GO K's.

Conley, you going to be giving Segal a rough time tonight like last Wednesday? haha!
Posted by: Henley67250 | April 18, 2008 at 01:17 PM
Uh let me think about it. Uh yep! Sea gull is in my cross hairs.
Posted by: Conley | April 18, 2008 at 01:35 PM
Something tells me he may try to goon it up in the 3rd period if were up on em like 5-1 or something like that, him and Mike Olynyk now that Kovalcik is gone. I'm still awaiting the Segal vs. Woods bout this season...

Seagal vs. Woods looks like a good fight, Seagal with no fear may even try King-Kong HENLEY.

Great story. Much appreciated. The guy has gotten a lot of press, but he deserves every word of it.

I don't think that was a earthquake we felt today, I think it was some Komet fans getting ready to ROCK THE JUNGLE!!!!!!!
Posted by: Wingmnn | April 18, 2008 at 03:43 PM
Hey Shaw are you going tonight and if so are you going to sit next to your pal Bruce.
Posted by: Wingmnn | April 18, 2008 at 03:44 PM
I think you're right Wingmnn. Maybe we can cause another quake tonight in the MC. Let's get loud and rock the jungle, Komet fans! Go K's!!!

Good Story Justin. Woods does make stupid penaltys from time to time but if he does he gets right back out on the ice and corrects it by scoring, making a assist, or just getting the crowd on there feet.

I will not be in attendence tonight. Working early in the morning. I think I'm going to B2 it. I'll let Conley give it to Sea Gull for me!!! He seemed to enjoy our converstations.

Wow.... Giving me the business. No fair weather fan here. The 45 minute drive from Ft Wayne back to Warsaw is valueable sleep time for me. First week on the new job and have to rock the 4:30 A.M to 3 P.M. 7 days a week to start. Good news though, I will have a weekend off if we can figure out how to get rid of these pesky Fury. Someone please give Bruce and Van Druden my best!!!
