Ashley

first home game is Friday, May 2nd!

Keith

Chase just said the schedule is Fri @ home, but that was all he said

Jerad Shaw.

That third period angle was the first I have seen while watching a game in Muskegon.

Congrats to the Komets. Rest up and come ready to play against the Ice Hawks. Have a safe trip home Komet fans!!! I'm going to be kinda selfish and hope game 2 is in PH next Saturday. Sorry Justin. I want to get up there for a game and a hotel stay. Everyone stay in touch about travel plans for the finals.

I think Conley is nursing his confidence from last night. That's why there was no public apperance tonight in Skegy or Warsaw!! :) Conley get at me when the Playoff schedule is made and let's make plans. My turn to take the Shawplorer out of town!!! I'll bring Cornhole for some good tailgating fun!!! Me vs. anyone at Cornhole while tailgating!!!

Good series! Will always be remembered by the refs. Skegy is already offering season tickets for next year. Hope it's for the "I". Got some great fans up there - good team following. See ya next year - come visit & see the cup!

Wendy

Woo-hoo! Great game! I had a feeling that tonight was the night. As much as I would have liked to have seen them win the first round in Fort Wayne, I really DID NOT want to see the series come back here on Tuesday. Go Komets!!!!

But wow, I wish I could have seen that incident with the ref going down like that. What a trooper. He shook it off and kept right on going.

Jerad Shaw.

What exactly happened with the ref? Did his lose an edge or what??? I was away from the feed and it was choppy. When I got back he was on the ground. Wasn't sure what happened!

From what i saw it looked like he got tripped up during the face off and fell backwards over a stick and smacked the back of his head really hard on the ice and then didnt move for awhile

Great job guys. Hopefully now with that series behind (and the 10,000lb gorilla of their back) they will play a little looser.

And for the love of god....play the series format how it should be. 1-1-1.....is rediculous. WHether Port Huron gets less weekend dates is irrelavant. They will draw 750 plus the 200 K's fans no matter what.

Jake

I was at the game and as soon as the ref dropped the puck he went to skate backwards, got tripped and NAILED the back of his head. Deffinetly not even close to a sell-out crowd. Also, I have never seen ice that was so choppy. It had grooves all over the place and you could tell by the way the puck bounced around. Doesn't matter though because we won't see it until next and by then lets hope they fix it.

Went to my first road game and man 106 was rockn'. That was a lot of fun. The Musky fans were really nice to me and my two boys and the ushers were very nice as well. I had some great coversations with several Fury fans and one helped us find our car because we went out the wrong exit. (Not that the arena was that big!) The only outburst was from some punks who said FW sucks right as the National Anthem began and everyone had just clapped for a soldier who had returned from service. Other than that I have no complaints. Great game and Komets fans are the best!
