Ticket prices wouldn't really have to go up based on other teams, and I most definitely would go. The product now is watered down and rather boring.

After watching a couple AHL games on Youtube, ( they are in my good grace's once again!) the talent is obviously better, but still has rules that are used overseas and don't allow for physical play. You can't tell me that a couple Saturday's ago vs. KZOO, that wasn't entertaining hockey. Not every hockey game played is going to be a Frazier Ali type of battle. You are going to get your boring games. Wikipedia Port Huron for the definition of this! I for one am falling in love with the IHL. I like the product this year, much better then in the years past. Having said that, I don't know all the ins and outs about the game, but I know when I buy a ticket, I want to be entertained. So far this year, I have enjoyed every game I have been to. That is how I know I am spending my money right.

Hit Somebody!!!

Henley is the character guy...the on ice hero...the blue collar guy...The bad-arse...He is the guy that provides the fans some excitement and anticipation every night he goes onto the ice. Everyone knows when he is out there, and everyone is buzzing waiting to see what might happen. That is why the Komet marketing machine is advertising him about every 10 minutes on the radio for this weekend. He fills seats.

And he can play his position. He was one of our best D-men on the penalty kill last season.

If the worry is he is hurt still...Then why would he risk it and why would the Frankes risk it? That makes no sense to me.
