WOW that's odd....all the teams we traded players to WON. Jorde and Rudenko both with assist.....Glad we go rid of Rudenko and Jorde <------Sarcasm

Bad news NOW in third overall in standings. Trailing Rockford by 2 and Leading Kzoo by 2. KZoo plays Muskegon again tommarrow, whom they have beaten 2 in a row allready this weekend. So this team is about to go from 2nd to 4th in one weekend and will probally continue to lose ground as our next 3 games are against QC, Flint, and Bloomington all of who have beat the Komets in the last month allready. BUT YET I WAS GRILLED LAST WEEK FOR SAYING THERE WAS A PROBLEM. Here is my prediction the next game will be closer but they will lose, maybe a shootout in flint. Bloomington will win and our home skid will go to 0-4. Then the komets will smoke Rockford but it won't matter because they will have won a couple more by then Kzoo will be leading by 2 and QC will be tied wih us by the end of the week next week. Hopefully this is just strategy to bring us into the playoffs a low seed so that we play the top teams fist and at least make it to the second round of the Playoffs this year. Just my thoughts, is there anyone who wants to dissagree with me this week? SCOOPS?

hat

i guess the key now for the rest of the season is to lose as many as possible so they can start the playoffs against maybe muskegon or kzoo, because they suck against the lower teams!! im starting to ? binghams coaching ability, he doesnt seem to be able to kick them in the ass and get them going. oh, by the way did i see laroque check someone in the middle of the third or was i seeing things? this team better get there chit together or i see a first round exit.

Yep, a few got on me for my rants too--but I am right. WHERE'S THE FIRE???????? Morency busted his butt as usual, Richardson busted his butt as usual, everyone else... blah! Okay, McWhinney played hard too. AGE is showing a factor again, FATIGUE is showing up, DESIRE has all but fully left the locker room.

Maybe Bingham needs to grow some marbles and rip his team apart, throw some hockey sticks and call them lolly-gaggers like in Bull Durham, and just rip into what has turned into a team of disappointment. Because right now, IT'S NOT GETTING THROUGH THEIR HEADS THAT THEY ARE LOSING BECAUSE THEY ARE PLAYING TO LOSE!

Larocque = Lazy

Brad Lyons

I think Laroque and Ganeau need to be scratched next game, send a message to them. When Laroque puts effort in, he's a crazy man on the ice. Right now, he's a sissy.....this aint a sissy game, get off the ice and let someone else play.

I agree. The Komets are playing down to their opponents level. They’re not skating with heart or passion. These guys know they have a much higher skill level than most of these teams and it would appear that they are relying on their abilities instead of playing with passion. However, I don’t think we should be turning on our team. They know what they’re doing wrong. The 3 straight loses to lower ranking teams is enough of a burn. I think instead of us criticizing our guys we should try to motivate them. We’ve only got 16 more games in the regular season, 9 of which are home. Let’s stop booing our guys and start cheering them on. They need our support more than ever. GO KOMETS!

It's not turning on our team, it's called TOUGH LOVE! :-) When I played D1 college baseball, we came back from playing in Florida and got mercied in a double-header at our own field, we blamed it on fatigue....well, we got chewed out for 3.5 hours about the same things over and over outside in 40-degree weather until 11pm at night sitting on the field. We went on to win our next 22-games. FIRE, we need FIRE....not firings, just fire! :-)

I love it. When we are playing well everything said is positive and everyone is ok with it...now that we have had ONE and I repeat "ONE" bad weak every body has turned on the team and people are upset about it. HMMMM....Lets think for a minute....Muskegon had a 20+ lead on the league about a month ago...are they worried about losing about 1/2 of their last 20 games. Kalamazoo went through a spell where they lost six straight to Muskegon and three straight to us and fell behind the Komets by 9 points in the standings at one point. My point is...during season teams have high points where they are untouchable (Muskegon 13-0 to start the season) (Rockford 12-0-1 last 13) Kalmazoo has won 7 of the last 10...and The Komets just finished a streak where they were 9-1. Every team has gone through it. The question to ask is which of the four will finish the season that way because each of the four have had winning streaks this year and also losing skids. Port Huron two weeks ago shut out the Komets-Fri...beat Muskegon on Sat. so we are not the only team struggling against them. Rockford...the hottest team in the league beat them 3-2 the night before the K's got beat by them again.....Anyone else waking up and seeing the point here. All teams go through these streaks. GO K's 3 wins this week coming up...hopefully more but I won't get greedy...can't wait for the QC and Rockford games though.

I dont think people are upset that the K's are losing, it is why they are losing. If they were playing hard and losing, that happens. They are not playing at all lately.
