Ben: I sure hope your info on the citys response is more than the very poor defense of how the redevelopment department acted illegally by Pat Roller. Reading Rollers response leads one to believe that our city government is in a lot worse shape than even the most optmistic taxpayer thought. "We believe we are correct because we have done the same (illegal) things before and you didn't tell us it was wrong." Way to go - very convincing! John B. Kalb
