ND Picks Up its First Commit For 2009

Multiple Web sites are reporting that Jake Golic, son of former Notre Dame star Mike Golic, has become Notre Dame's first non-binding oral commitment for the Class of 2009.
The 6-foot-4, 209 pound tight end from Hartford matches his brother, the center Mike Golic Jr., who was the Irish's first commit last year.
We're trying to get a hold of Golic now, so check back later.
