Just a couple injury tidbits to pass along:
- Junior nose guard Pat Kuntz is out with an injured leg.
- Sophomore safety Sergio Brown is also out.
- Fifth-year senior center John Sullivan is doubtful with a leg injury.
- Sophomore running back James Aldridge is still hobbling with an injured ankle, but will practice Tuesday.
-By Michael Rothstein of The Journal Gazette

So Sullivan won't be playing again. He should have been pulled long before his injury, which did ND a favor last week. ND could once again use one of its most productive offensive tools - the shotgun. Quinn had great success with it. Hopefully Clausen will be able to recognize the blitz better from that vantage point and the young QB will have more time to pass? Why play a player that so blantantly handicapped your offense?

Remind me again, Michael. How many seasons have you coached at the college or professional level? You seem to know a lot more than Coach Weis. You should give him a call...
