Starting QBs Named For Spring Game

Notre Dame had its coin flips to determine starting quarterbacks for spring games.

For the Blue team, Demetrius Jones had the coin-toss call. He lost, meaning Jimmy Clausen will start for Blue. On the gold side, Evan Sharpley had the call and lost, giving Zach Frazer the Gold start.

What it means is this: Clausen and Frazer will handle odd-numbered series while Jones and Sharpley have the even-numbered ones.

But what about Justin Gillett, the walk-on quarterback who seems to have been left out of all of this. What about his reps, huh? We're kidding, of course, but who knows, he might get snuck in there for a play or two.
