Carter Wins Portsmouth Title

Russell Carter had a very good championship game, potentially winning MVP honors should the tournament give it out.

Carter scored 28 points on 12 of 17 shooting with seven assists and nine rebounds in the finals.

He started the championship game and played 31 minutes, the most on the team that won the title.
